How do I switch electricity providers? That is, will I have to do anything to make the switch? For example, will I need to contact my existing retailer?

During a power outage (weather-related, or otherwise), who should I call?

No, you will not have to do anything other than making the right decision by comparing with us on the phone or online. Leave the rest to us. We will organize to change your retailer and keep you posted on the progress.

Remember, regardless of who sends you the electricity bill, you will continue to call your distributor for outages, emergency services and questions about your residential service. The quality, reliability, and maintenance of your electricity service should not change as it is still monitored by the distributor.
